Europäische Kommission stimmt Übernahme von Iomega zu

 

SCHWALBACH. Die EMC Corporation erhielt heute die Zustimmung der Europäischen Kommission für die Übernahme von Iomega. Die Transaktion ist mit keinen Auflagen verbunden.

 

Damit sind die Bedingungen für das Übernahmeangebot erfüllt. Die Frist für das Kaufangebot läuft am Freitag, dem 06. Juni, um 17 Uhr Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) ab, sofern die Offerte nicht erneut verlängert wird.
